*Note that effective April 1st, 2025, lessons with our head Instructor Jeff Pinder are $50 for 30 minutes.

NEW! Group Lessons

Group hitting lessons for baseball are now available! Bring in a group of 4-6 players for one hour of instruction at $30 per player.

Players age 13 and older will train with Instructor Jeff Pinder, utilizing the Rapsodo for Blast Motion Metrics.

Note that group lessons are currently only available for baseball & hitting. We do not currently offer group pitching, catching, or softball. Group lessons are limited to 4-6 players per lesson.

Rentals

Rentals may include the full two-floor facility or individual stations (ex. cages, workout area). Rentals are available as an individual, group, or team in 1/2 hour increments.

Need a regular place to train? Set up weekly rentals! Perfect for off-season practices or in case of inclement weather.

TEAM RENTALS: weekly team rentals are available in the off season for your winter workouts! Winter workout rentals are available on weekends only, starting in November. Cost is per player

Weight / Training Room Sessions

Weight room packages include access to all equipment in our weight / training area. Programs are available upon request.

  • 2 sessions per week for 5 weeks: $199
  • 3 sessions per week for 5 weeks: $285
  • 4 sessions per week for 5 weeks: $360

*Note that Weight Room Sessions do NOT include a personal trainer and are designed for independent training, for baseball and softball players high school aged or older.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson or rental. If the appropriate notice is not provided, or the player is a no-show, the customer will be charged the full amount of the lesson or rental.

Rental Agreement

Thank you for your interest in our facility! In order to use our equipment, we require you to agree to and sign our Waiver of Liability.

A few friendly reminders:

  • All rates are due before equipment is used at the beginning of the rental period.
  • All rentals start and end at the time they are paid and reserved for.
  • No food or beverages allowed at any of our stations other than water.
  • No cleats allowed anywhere in facility.
  • Hitters MUST wear helmets inside batting cages
